Inktober 2015 – Day 2

Walking around Vala’s Pumpkin Patch this year, I saw this guy hanging around outside one of the sweet shops. I thought it would be a shame to not have a skeleton pirate in the collection. The statue was standing straight, but I’m trying to get more action and interest into my drawings this year, and I’m also trying to get these more “horizontally friendly” so decided to put him on the offensive. Was fun using my Platinum Souhitsu Hanekofude Brush Pen again, but took some getting used to with some heavier handed strokes than I would have liked. Inktober is off to a fun start!
