Inktober 2015 – Day 5

Today’s Inktober drawing is the second monster in my Pokemon series, Mega Tyranitar! I love how this guy is proportioned. I decided to delve into some version of cross-hatching for the shading of this guy and think the results are kind of cool, but pretty tedious. It’s always a challenge of mine to nail the shading with a pretty rigid pen, but that’s what this whole challenge is about. Stay tuned for tomorrow’s conclusion of this mini-Pokemon series!
